Junior Account Manager
Key responsibilities include;
Define the identity of brands (positioning, brand territory, tone of voice)
Define product content and branding optimization priorities
Analyse market trends and customer needs, and help define product evolution
Brief and project manage brand activities online and offline through internal creative teams to deadline and within budget
Assist in new product launches and execution of marketing materials
Report on the development of the brand through regular monitoring of results across research, competitor and performance metrics (including brand surveys, social media monitoring, web trends, marketing KPIs)
Requirements:
1 + years experience in Brand management
Coordinating high reach brand and marketing campaigns end to end across online and offline channels, specifically managing the creative production process and budget
Demonstration of structured thought process, strong project planning and stakeholder management skills
Experience working with creative and media partners
Strong presentation skills
Excellent written communication skills, specific experience writing briefs, reviewing creatives and providing constructive feedback
Ability to prioritise accordingly, set expectations and meet deadlines
Performance-oriented mindset with a keen understanding of business KPIs and success measurement of digital / brand campaigns
Experience working across multiple communications channels – especially digital channels

Senior Account Manager
Key responsibilities include:

Define product content and branding optimization priorities and help build/hire our future Creative & Design teams
Analyse market trends and customer needs, and define product evolution and range extension priorities
Manage new product development and launches with our creative and marketing teams
Develop data-driven methodologies to identify opportunities and optimize activities across our brand management
Requirements:
4-5 years of experience in Brand management, Product marketing
Solid understanding of how to develop, launch and grow consumer products/services successfully
Ability to analyse data, draw conclusions and make recommendations
Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment / highly ambitious environment
High level of organization, impeccable attention to detail, capacity to proactively solve complex problems
Demonstrated ability to create engaging content, come up with creative ideas, and think outside the box
Positive attitude, reliable, transparent and enjoy working in an international environment
