Responsibilities

• Understand our clients’ customers, organization, goals, and objectives, and deliver ideas to reach those goals
• Maintain strong client relationships and independently lead client engagements
• Manage client projects efficiently and profitably
• Manage revenue and continually grow revenue from client engagements
• Ensure deliverables are of the highest quality, and within budget and time frame
• Continuously seek and present innovative ideas that result in client loyalty and growth
• Manage day-to-day activities on client accounts including project planning, status reporting, billing/invoicing, and vendor and partner management
• Develop scopes of work, cost estimates and pricing for client work
• Coordinate team resource allocation with internal team leads

Qualifications

• A four-year college degree is mandatory
• 3-5 years of experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills Turkish and English
• Expertise in, and passion for, advertising and marketing communications
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Experience in FMCG is a plus
• Agency or consulting background and expertise in campaign/film production is a plus
