Responsibilities
- Understand our clients’ customers, organization, goals, and objectives, and deliver ideas to reach those goals
- Maintain strong client relationships and independently lead client engagements
- Manage client projects efficiently and profitably
- Manage revenue and continually grow revenue from client engagements
- Ensure deliverables are of the highest quality, and within budget and time frame
- Continuously seek and present innovative ideas that result in client loyalty and growth
- Manage day-to-day activities on client accounts including project planning, status reporting, billing/invoicing, and vendor and partner management
- Develop scopes of work, cost estimates and pricing for client work
- Coordinate team resource allocation with internal team leads
Qualifications
- A four-year college degree is mandatory
- 3-5 years of experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills Turkish and English
- Expertise in, and passion for, advertising and marketing communications
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Experience in FMCG is a plus
- Agency or consulting background and expertise in campaign/film production is a plus
